At Hey Zoe, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Please review our shipping and returns policy to understand the details and conditions.

Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

  • Processing Times: we ship from Monday to Saturday mornings (Orders placed on Saturdays after 10 AM CST will be processed the following Monday due to local Post Office hours). Preorder items are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping and may ship separately at a later delivery date.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us at nicole@heyzoejewels.com within 24 hours of receipt to report the issue.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Hey Zoe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Hey Zoe purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and free of damage.
  • All original packaging (tags, boxes, and pouches) must be included.
  • Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact us at nicole@heyzoejewels.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days.Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
